On behalf of the Smith College Nordic Network, we are thrilled to invite you to Copenhagen, Denmark!
After a superb reunion in 2024 in Paris, France, you will now travel to northern Europe where we will stimulate your brain, satiate your taste buds, and invigorate old and new connections with fellow Smith and Diploma alums from around the world. Our thanks for responding to the survey as it has helped to define the program for the three-day reunion (Thursday night to Sunday early afternoon). The reunion traditionally includes an opening meeting, some group events, a dinner, and a closing meeting. The weekend is 100% self-financing. Registration fees must cover 100% of the costs - organizers cannot cover expenses out of pocket.
There will be some speakers, time to relax and chat, time for exploring the city, and, naturally, time to eat. Another fun fact is that we will be meeting in the very same hotel where we hosted the second SiE reunion in 1982 so it is appropriate to return to the Admiral Hotel which has recently been renovated. While we have negotiated a special room price for the reunion, you are free to stay anywhere you like!
Well in advance, participants will receive an information booklet (PDF via email) with lots of practical information, the finalized program, ideas for things to do on your own as well as some opt-in cultural activities. We will also set up a WhatsApp group and use the current SiE Facebook group. In line with Denmark's focus on renewable energy and reducing our impact on the environment, all information will be delivered electronically and via a QR code.

• Cost of the closing meeting at the reunion hotel with light brunch and snacks: room and audio-visual equipment rental plus catering
